October 12, 2006. 6:35 PM Suddenly, October happened. Did I miss September? I sure wouldn't want to be bored or anything, so just for fun I'm taking a graduate course, Advanced Ship Dynamics, and traveling to Lexington Park during the week for work. Add to that a series of properly timed weekend events makes my time spent in DC down to near zero for the last few months. No end in sight either, as I'll be doing still more travels and my classwork starts to pick up as we near the midsemester mark. Its been great so far, so I'm not complaining. I had a great weekend playing guitar in a wedding on Smith Mountain Lake, and I'm headed off to watch the Hokies play tonight. Goonies never say die! -G * Email Gerritt |
